Account Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, analyzing data to provide insights, monitoring contract performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and advocate for their success.

Qualifications

  • Account management, client relationship building, and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail for evaluating performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and handling customer inquiries professionally
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with technology platforms, especially those focused on the food and beverage industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in account management or sales roles is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
