Description:
Dream Harbour Global is seeking a professional and organized Female Admin Assistant / Receptionist to provide administrative, secretarial, and front-desk support. The role involves client coordination, appointment scheduling, documentation, and daily office operations. Only female candidates currently residing in Qatar are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the employer
• Call leads, follow up, and book appointments and meetings
• Draft and send emails as required
• Answer phone calls, messages, and email inquiries and route appropriately
• Coordinate internal and client communications
• Prepare and maintain client data and reports
• Send regular updates to clients
• Print, scan, copy, and save documents (invoices, receipts, agreements, counseling sheets, etc.)
• Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence and official documents
• Type and complete assigned applications and forms
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Maintain and update visitor and client records
• Receive deliveries and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Arrange travel plans, bookings, and logistics
• Assist in organizing seminars and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Must be a resident of Qatar
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, document management)
