Description:
Maharlika Cargo looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Professional to support our daily cargo and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
· Handle daily administrative tasks and cargo documentation.
· Prepare shipment papers, maintain accurate records, and manage filing systems.
· Coordinate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
· Manage emails, phone calls, and customer follow-ups.
· Support basic HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Good communication skills in English.
· Organized, reliable, and keen attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in Cargo or Admin is an advantage, but not mandatory. We value a great attitude and willingness to learn.
