Description:

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting facilities operations. The ideal candidate can manage maintenance costs, support procurement, and maintain accurate FM records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement support: RFQs, POs, invoices
• Reviewing vendor quotations and tracking job-related costs
• Strong coordination for scheduling & record-keeping
• Maintaining facility files and logging maintenance requests
• Supporting SLA and contract preparation
