Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our project operations, crew coordination, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate crew travel, visas, and project logistics.
· Handle project documentation, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
· Support finance with petty cash management and supplier payments.
· Assist HR with onboarding and maintaining employee records.
· Maintain accurate databases and digital filing systems.
· Liaise with suppliers and service providers for project needs.
· Monitor purchase orders and follow up on payments.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and on-site teams.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in administration (experience in events, construction, or logistics is a plus).
· Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Highly organized, reliable, and a proactive problem-solver.
· Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
