Description:

SK Overseas HR Consultancy is urgently hiring an Admin Cum Customer Service Officer to support administrative operations and customer relations at their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience and a background in manpower recruitment consultancy is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including document handling and database management
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely assistance
- Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
- Support recruitment activities with follow-ups and coordination
- Utilize advanced Excel and MS Office tools for daily operations
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience, preferably in recruitment consultancy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
- Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office applications
- Age between 35–45 years preferred
- Candidates on Spouse Visa will be given preference
- Must be currently residing in Dubai
- Immediate joiners required
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and customer service skills
