🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations
✅ Prepare reports, handle documentation, and maintain internal records
✅ Support HR, Finance, and Operations with scheduling and correspondence
✅ Organize internal communications, meetings, and travel logistics
✅ Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth office workflow


✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (real estate sector a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
• Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
