Arabic Media Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and receptionist support to ensure smooth office operations
- Prepare, format, and edit documentation including reports, memos, and correspondence
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and manage filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track project progress
- Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries (internal and external)
- Support the implementation of media campaigns, advertisements, and marketing programs
- Interact with media representatives to ensure positive coverage of company activities

Key Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Arabic (essential)
