Assistant Finance Manager

Description:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, inventory costing
• Analyze financial performance to improve profitability and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Oversee audits and liaise with auditors and regulators
• Implement internal controls and enhance financial procedures
• Coordinate with operations and procurement for cost control and margin analysis
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members
• Support the Head of Finance in strategic planning and decision-making

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is mandatory
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• High integrity and attention to detail
