We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape our brand presence, elevate store performance, and drive meaningful customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
· Lead seasonal campaigns, promotional calendars, and product launches.
· Analyze market trends, customer behavior & competitor insights.
· Drive digital + offline marketing (email, social media, in-store branding).
· Manage influencer strategies, collaborations, and corporate tie-ups.
· Develop effective loyalty strategies & CRM-led marketing.
· Oversee agency coordination, creative development & media planning.
· Collaborate closely with merchandising, sales & operations teams.
Qualifications:
· MBA in Marketing is required.
· 8 to 10+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy or brand management.
· Retail experience is a strong advantage.
· A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
