Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred). Specialized training in electrical systems functionality is an advantage. • Strong operational management experience.
Experience in safety-critical environments.
• Knowledge of Competence Assurance frameworks (preferred).
⚫ Skilled in managing people and resources in a customer-focused environment.
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and employment regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of operating procedures and organizational structures.
⚫ Strong awareness of client policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage electrical FM projects, schedules, and resources to meet operational targets. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all electrical systems. • Supervise and guide technicians to ensure safe and high-quality work performance. • Review work orders and ensure adherence to KPIs and FM contract clauses. Maintain inventory, request materials, and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD. • Ensure full compliance with safety and service level agreements (SLAs).
