Banquet Operations Manager

We are looking for a poised and experienced Banquet Operations Manager (Entertainment Manager) to take the lead in delivering world-class events at an ultra-luxury beachfront property in Doha. From grand weddings to executive gatherings, you will ensure every event is executed with precision, grace, and operational excellence.

 Your Role
• Direct the full setup and execution of all banquet and event spaces
• Lead and develop a professional service team focused on luxury standards
• Ensure venues meet or exceed specifications outlined in event orders
• Act as the main point of contact between planning teams, kitchen, and service staff
• Maintain equipment, inventories, and service readiness at all times
• Be visible and hands-on during events to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction

🔍 What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in banquet operations or luxury event services
✔ A natural leader with a hands-on approach and refined communication skills
✔ Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage high-pressure setups
✔ A passion for service and an eye for beauty, ambiance, and efficiency
