Bim Coordinator

Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for a leading construction & contracting project in Qatar.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural & MEP disciplines
✔ Review and manage BIM models, drawings, and clash detection processes
✔ Ensure compliance with project standards, workflows & BIM documentation requirements
✔ Support multidisciplinary coordination and project execution activities
✔ Prepare BIM reports and manage project deliverables
✔ Coordinate with site teams to resolve design and coordination issues

🔹 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar
✅ Strong experience in construction & contracting companies
✅ Hands-on experience in BIM coordination and project execution
✅ Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & related BIM tools
✅ Good understanding of construction drawings, methodologies & coordination procedures
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Candidate must be locally available in Qatar
✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
