Must Have:

* Strong experience in any of these (IVR , CTI , NLP, Unified Communication, Chatbots, Speech Technology, Speech Analytics, Voice recognition, Contact Center / Call Center technologies)

* Creation of Business requirements documents and Functional specifications as required by the Projects.

* Expert in using the PowerPoints, Visio, excel and other tools to create the requirement documents

* Conduct requirement gathering sessions, documentation of Business requirements, documenting functional specifications

* Collaborating with the Business and IT teams to ensure the requirements feasibility analysis done to cater the Business needs.

* Prepare functional and technical specifications for external suppliers or for in-house implementation. Good To Have:

* Preferred to have knowledge with Avaya and Verint
