Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas) to lead sales growth, strengthen market presence, and build lasting client relationships within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities :-
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing selling strategies across Oil & Gas services and products
Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with EPCs and key accounts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with decision makers
Provide expert consultation, quotes, and order support to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct competitive market analysis and share insights with internal teams
Consistently highlight the company's value proposition and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications & Experience :-
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in pipe labeling & services, ideally with an Oil & Gas focus
Strong existing network within EPC companies
Proven track record in B2B sales within the Oil & Gas industry
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented
