Requirements:
- High school or Diploma in the related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in customer services or related experience preferably in the transportation sector in a similar or equivalent role within a highly reputed company.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat & other channels.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions & transactions.
