Description:
As a Captain Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing friendly, personable, knowledgeable and hospitable service of food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards while maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness & efficiency in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure first-class customer experience
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Explain and perform upselling of all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.
- Ensure that the place of work and the surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Undertake other tasks and duties as assigned by the restaurant Head.

- Previous food service experience in Fine Dining Restaurant or Hotel
