🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Additional certifications in Career Counselling, Psychometric Testing, Higher Education Advising, or Student Mentoring will be an added advantage.

💼 Experience:

• Experience in Career Guidance Counselling, Student Advising, or Educational Consultancy
• Proven experience supporting admissions to Indian and International Universities
• Experience conducting psychometric assessments and interpreting career reports
• Knowledge of undergraduate admissions processes, scholarships, and global higher education pathways
• Experience working in schools, counselling firms, educational consultancies, or related student support environments preferred.
