KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and lead the organisation’s enterprise data strategy and long-term analytics roadmap.
• Establish data governance policies, ownership structures, quality standards, and accountability frameworks.
• Oversee data architecture, integration, management, and accessibility across business functions.
• Promote the use of advanced analytics and business intelligence to improve executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
• Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, retention, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Develop performance indicators to measure data quality, analytics adoption, and business value.
• Build and lead data management, analytics, and governance teams while developing organisational data capabilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in enterprise data management, analytics, or data governance.
• Proven success implementing data strategies across complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data architecture, privacy, and information governance.
• Excellent strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
