Civil Engineer / Architect Degree

Description:

Experience in construction, contracting and fit out
Having a reputable portfolio of estimated fit-out projects
Experience and knowledge in costing of both civil and MEP works
Wide knowledge in Qatar market including Clients, Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
Strong reporting and communication skills
Experience in BOQ preparation and management
Experience in site assessment and estimation of works
Qatari Driving license is a must
Facility Management estimation/costing experience is a plus
Pools and Landscape estimation/costing experience is a plus
