 Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction site activities
Manage workforce and subcontractors efficiently
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor site safety standards and compliance
Coordinate with engineers and project managers
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation

✅ Requirements:
Experience as Civil Foreman (2–5 years)
Strong knowledge of construction procedures and site supervision
Good communication and leadership skills
