Key requirements:
⚫ 12+ Years of experience on high-rise building projects in Qatar
• Proven background with main contractors
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Must have a MMUP/UPDA Grade A Certification
• Prior experience handling high-rise building projects
• Strong background knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety standards
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects from inception to completion
• Skilled in project planning, cost estimation, and budgeting
Proven ability to maintain strict quality control and ensure compliance with
project specifications and authority requirements
• Familiar with Qatar construction codes and regulations
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
