🔧 Job Title: Civil Technician
📅 Contract Type: Full-time, 3-months contract (Extendable)
💰 Compensation: QAR 3,000 per month (all-inclusive)
⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Strict adherence to plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Professional experience in reviewing civil and architectural drawings.
Support third-party structural integrity teams by obtaining and managing required documentation.
Perform document control to ensure proper segregation and management of contract-related documents.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including drawing records and job-relevant documentation.
Proficient in drafting using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and similar software.
Skilled in preparing and reviewing general arrangement drawings (plans, sections, elevations) and reinforcement drawings/detailing.
Experience in steel structural documentation, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, planning, coordination, and engineering drawing analysis.
Support cross-discipline activities as required by project needs.
Actively participate in the company’s safety programs and training initiatives.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of relevant work experience in civil projects and documentation management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Experience in aluminum smelters, power plants, petrochemicals, or oil and gas infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong computer and presentation skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and review civil/architectural drawings professionally.
