Construction Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of construction activities in line with approved scope, drawings, and specifications

Coordination with engineering, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, and client teams

Planning and monitoring construction schedules, manpower, and resources

Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards

Managing subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones

Identifying construction risks and implementing mitigation measures

Monitoring progress and resolving site execution issues

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Construction Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager or similar role

Proven experience in industrial / structural / maintenance projects

Experience in roof replacement works will be a strong added advantage

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Experience working in live plant or operational environments is prefer
