Construction Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage major industrial/EPC projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will independently handle all construction activities with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Overall management of construction activities as per approved scope, drawings, and specifications.
·  Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, and client teams.
·  Plan and monitor construction schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
·  Ensure full compliance with HSE and project quality standards.
·  Manage subcontractors and site teams to achieve key project milestones.
·  Identify construction risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
·  Monitor progress and resolve on-site execution challenges.

Candidate Requirements:
·   Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
·  7–10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
·  Proven background in industrial/structural/maintenance projects.
·  Experience in roof replacement works is a strong advantage.
·  Experience in live plant or operational environments is preferred.
·  Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
