Construction Manager

Doha Petroleum Construction Co. W.L.L. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our team! If you have extensive expertise in construction execution, a passion for leadership, and thrive in high-stakes projects, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Ensure all activities comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies.

🔹 Provide construction input during tendering and bidding stages.

🔹 Lead construction efforts until a Construction Manager is assigned.

🔹 Coordinate onsite activities and manage subcontractors, including SIMOPS.

🔹 Develop and review construction deliverables and execution plans.

🔹 Mentor the construction team and foster a collaborative work culture.

🔹 Ensure a seamless transition from detailed design to commissioning.

🔹 Handle ad-hoc operational and logistics tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

✅ Experience: 15+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with GCC experience.

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes across disciplines.
• Expertise in sequencing, path of construction, and modularization.

✅ Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
