Description:
• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all departments
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems and procedures
• Prepare cost analysis reports, margin analysis, and variance reports
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize cost efficiency
• Analyze inventory levels, wastage, and shrinkage, recommending corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to costs
• Support audits and provide cost-related data for management review
• Lead and guide junior staff in cost tracking and reporting
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or similar certification is a plus
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in cost control, preferably in Food & Beverage or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, costing methods, and ERP systems
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
• High attention to detail and integrity
