Customer Service Agent

 

Description:

BPO+ is looking for a qualified female candidate to join the Student Contact Department and support students through multiple communication channels.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Handle student enquiries via Phone, Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram & Social Media
 Verify student identity and provide accurate information
 Record and update enquiries in the service management system
 Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department
 Maintain confidentiality and comply with Qatar University policies
 Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLA requirements

 Mandatory Requirements:
 Bachelor's Degree
 Qatar University Graduate (Mandatory)
 Call Center experience is Mandatory
 Fluent in Arabic & English (Read, Write & Speak)
IELTS 5.0 (or equivalent – TOEFL / English-medium education)
 Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Contact Center
• Customer Service
• Student Services
• Student Affairs
• Admissions / Registration
• Helpdesk
• Front Office (Education Sector)

 Strong Microsoft Office skills
 Excellent communication & customer service skills
 Experience with CRM/Contact Center systems such as Cisco Contact Center, HP Service Manager, Live Chat, or Microsoft Teams is an advantage
 Minimum typing speed of 15 WPM
Knowledge of the Qatar University environment and student services is preferred
🪪 Valid QID/Visa with immediate availability is preferred
