We are looking for a service-driven and bilingual Customer Service Agent/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will enhance participant engagement and ensure high-quality front-desk operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Handle customer queries across phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain CRM records and log interactions accurately
• Support program events, campaigns, and alumni outreach
• Provide reception and administrative support, including courier and mail handling
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–4 years of customer service or receptionist experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Must be based in Qatar with immediate availability
