Description:
◾ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via multiple channels (Phone, Email, and Chat).
- Handle both inbound support queries and outbound coordination calls.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
◾ Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (B2 level or above).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Experience: Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Personality: Strong communication skills and a patient, problem-solving attitude.
◾ Schedule & Compensation:
- Type: Full-time or Part-time (University Students welcome). (On-site)
- Timing: Fixed morning shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Student Flexibility: Part-timers work full shifts (9-6) on days they do not have university classes.
- Salary: 400 JDs (Full-time) | 320–340 JDs (Part-time, depending on days worked).
- Benefits: Social Security, Health Insurance, and Monthly KPI Incentives.
- Rotation: 2 days off per week (Rotational).
