Description:

The Product Portfolio Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of food products, from concept development through launch and ongoing performance evaluation. This includes overseeing Product Information Management (PIM), product labeling, nutritional information, packaging, and printing, while ensuring all regulatory approvals from MOPH and pricing compliance with MOCI. The role requires close collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, marketing, and digital performance teams to ensure products are market-ready. Additionally, the specialist will support new product onboarding, customer training, weekly progress updates, monthly performance reporting, and contribute to menu design and continuous product optimization.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, FMCG, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of product management experience in FMCG
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setup
• Knowledge of market research tools, NPD processes & product lifecycle management
