Description:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred). 
· Minimum 10 years of technical and business experience in the electricity and water utility industry. 
· Direct experience in business development, tariff structuring, and business planning. 
· Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS). 
· Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities. 
· Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, project management, and regulatory compliance. 
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with business planning or modeling tools is an advantage. 
· Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
