Design Intern

Description:

Design intern will assist the social media and marketing team in creating design and social media content for Gift Shed.

• the position is for 3 months with an opportunity for permanent employment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the social media & marketing team with designing products of Gift Shed as needed.
• Assist in product photo shoots, filming and creating social media posts.
• Assist with other graphic design requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
• Knowledge of digital media software – Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and other graphic design software
• Knowledge of video editing software – Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Energetic, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas
• Ability to work with teams and meet timelines
