Distribution Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in distribution operations and be capable of managing our team of drivers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily distribution activities

Manage and schedule company drivers

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Enforce safety and compliance standards

Monitor fleet performance and handle related issues

Requirements:

Indian nationality preferred

3–4 years of experience as a Distribution Supervisor

Valid QID and transferable visa

NOC (No Objection Certificate) is a must

Strong leadership and communication skills
