Dock Shift Supervisor

Description:

We're hiring an experienced Dock Shift Supervisor to lead warehouse shift operations for our PE products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all packaging and logistics activities.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐰𝐧:
Supervising warehouse, packaging, and stuffing operations to meet production targets
Leading shift safety activities, toolbox meetings, and HSE compliance
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of cross-trained operators
Coordinating manpower, shift schedules, and equipment readiness
Reporting incidents, conducting investigations, and driving continuous improvement
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
5–7 years in marine/port operations within oil & gas or petrochemical industry
Bachelor's in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Hands-on knowledge of bagging, packaging, palletizing machines, and PIT forklift
SAP and MS Office proficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills;
