Description:
We are currently seeking a female Document Controller of Arab nationality with at least 2 years of experience in handling documentation, records, and project files in a professional office or site-based environment. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing documents in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure proper document control practices and procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to receive, process, and distribute documents.
• Maintain document logs, update trackers, and ensure easy retrieval.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and records.
• Prepare reports and documentation summaries when required.
Requirements:
• Arab nationality (female candidates only)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller (preferably in construction or contracting companies)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control software (e.g., Aconex, EDMS)
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English
• Valid QID and transferable visa preferred
