Oversee and coordinate event setups (meeting rooms, stages, podiums, etc.)
Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality service
Maintain inventories, assets, and ensure setup standards are met
Act as the link between operations teams and guests during events
Be present to resolve issues and elevate guest satisfaction
Uphold safety and cleanliness across all event spaces
Lead meetings, schedule staff, and ensure productivity goals are achieved
