Description:

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate in Doha is seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to provide high-level administrative support to our executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership.
·  Manage complex calendars, schedules, and high-level meeting arrangements.
·  Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
·  Maintain meticulous electronic and physical filing systems.
·  Coordinate travel, appointments, and stakeholder liaison.
·  Oversee office supplies and support procurement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in a senior secretarial, administrative, or executive support role.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in Arabic is required for core business communication.
· Unwavering professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
