Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Develop renewable energy strategies and long-term project development plans.
▪ Evaluate opportunities across solar, wind, and emerging energy technologies.
▪ Oversee project feasibility, investment assessments, and commercial planning.
▪ Lead project development teams, consultants, and external partners.
▪ Manage project budgets, delivery milestones, and operational risks.
▪ Build relationships with regulators, investors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
▪ Monitor energy market developments and relevant policy changes.
▪ Report on project performance, investment priorities, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Senior leadership experience in renewable energy, power generation, or energy infrastructure.
▪ Proven record managing major energy projects or development portfolios.
▪ Strong understanding of project finance, commercial negotiations, and investment assessment.
▪ Experience engaging with regulators, investors, and senior industry stakeholders.
▪ Degree in engineering, energy, finance, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
