Description:
Ali Bin Ali Holding is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record and maintain books of accounts per company policies and accounting standards.
· Perform monthly bank, general ledger, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
· Manage inventory costing and fixed asset accounting (CAPEX, disposals, transfers).
· Process payroll in conjunction with HRMS and handle employee accounts.
· Prepare bank documents (deposit slips, LCs, payments, cheques).
· Manage petty cash and assist with credit control policy implementation.
· Ensure timely issuance of debit/credit notes and payments to suppliers.
· Conduct customer, supplier, and inter-unit account reconciliations.
· Periodically follow up on receivables and assist in asset verification.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Minimum University degree in Accounting & Commerce from a reputed university.
· Partly qualified in a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA) is a plus.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting environment.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
· Good business communication skills.
