REQUIREMENTS
• Proven capability of managing and delivering FM Services at the highest level, working calmly under pressure, delivering the services to the client's satisfaction, and achieving set KPI Benchmarks.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in particular Hard Services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a similar role with a reputable Facilities Management Company in UAE.
• Superior communication and people skills, with the FM delivery team and the client.
• Spoken and written language skills required in Arabic and English.
UAE Driving License Required.
