· A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is often required or preferred.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft package.
· Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer.
· Must have Valid Qatar Driving License.

· Maintenance & Operations: Inspect buildings regularly to identify repair needs, overseeing plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs.
· Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and security regulations; manage fire safety, emergency, and security protocols.
· Administrative & Financial: Prepare and manage operational budgets, track costs, and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
· Supervising cleaning and maintenance staff.
