REPORTING TO HEAD NURSE AND NURSE SUPERVISOR

 

JOB SUMMARY

• The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care and is responsible in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients who are in their home or clinical setting.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assesses, identifies, and develops individualized and age-appropriate patient care plans based on the acuity level of the patient.

• Provides skilled safe, holistic, and culturally competent, person-centered nursing care to patients, families,

community, and society, in collaboration with multi disciplinary team.

• Monitoring client's vital signs & Assesses patients' holistic needs.

• Administer oral medications and subcutaneous medications while maintaining medication administration safety.

• Work collaboratively with the physician, staff nurses, and other members of the healthcare team form affiliating institutions.

• Ensure client safety.

• Perform different nursing procedures, as necessary.

Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans.

• Provide client and family education.

• Implement and maintain infection control.

• Document nursing care, medications, treatment, and procedures using the company's Nurse's Buddy application.

• Attend refresher training course, seminars, and trainings.

• Perform other tasks as assigned and or needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• License Nurse from home country

• MOPH DHP Registered General Nurse license.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
