ENSURE THE FRONT DESK AREA IS ALWAYS NEAT, PRESENTABLE, AND ALIGNED WITH BRAND STANDARDS SHOULD HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MICROSOFT OFFICE FOR THE APPLICATION AND SOME EXCEL SHEET WORK QUALIFICATIONS . DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT OR ADMINISTRATION IS PREFERRED. 1-2 YEARS IN FRONT DESK, ADMINISTRATION, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PREFERABLY IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
