Description:
We are looking for an Arabic Female Secretary with 2-3 years of proven secretarial experience to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
Circulate Director's instructions & systematically archive documents
Arrange meetings, travel, and prepare reports Take accurate meeting minutes & handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
Provide executive support and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Nationality: Arabic (Female only)
Experience: 2-3 years in a secretarial role
Skills: Strong MS Office, organizational, and communication skills
Availability: Must be in Qatar with a valid QID
