Description:

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-6 Years experience out of which 3-4 Years experience in Qatar / Gulf
-Experience shall be in Maintenance and Construction works
-Diploma in Electrical/AC/Electronics trade will be given preference
-Must be able to evaluate the work requirements and lead the team
-Multi-skilled technicians with MEP knowledge will be preferred
-Locally available in Qatar

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervise MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
-Responsible for the allocation, movement & supervision at site for equipment, material, labor & operatives.
-Oversee daily work activities related to plumbing & ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, and safety regulations.
-Reviewing quality of work and progress required, ensuring safe working conditions, ensuring materials are available to avoid delay to the project and monitored and stored correctly
-Coordinate with MEP engineers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
-Prepare daily progress reports and highlight issues to the site management.
