Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in property or real estate management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Oversee Sales & Leasing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of revenue targets.
- Provide strategic insights across Legal, Finance, Administration, HR, and Marketing functions in alignment with the company’s vision.
- RERA Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
