Graphic Designer / Visual Designer

Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the university's visual identity across all digital and print platforms. This role combines artistic vision with strategic thinking to create compelling visuals that enhance our brand, engage our community, and support institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the university in line with brand guidelines.

Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and campus signage.

Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects for academic, administrative, and marketing teams.

Collaborate with departments to create engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Supervise freelance designers or interns as needed and provide creative direction.

Coordinate with print vendors and media partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in final production.

Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure modern, innovative outputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience (preferably in an academic or corporate setting).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across multiple media.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative, provide creative solutions, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

Legal/professional Requirements:

- Must be in Qatar holding valid Qatari ID.
- Must be able to speak fluent English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
- Be able to provide NOC.
- Immediate joining.
