Job Descriptions, Requirements & KPIs:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts / Hospitality / Food & Nutrition (Mandatory)
- Lead daily production of 500–2,000+ meals with strict quality control
- Ensure calorie accuracy (±5%) and macro consistency (protein, carbs, fats)
- Develop & manage customized diet programs (weight loss, diabetic, keto, vegan, medical)
- Oversee portion control, labeling, allergen compliance & food safety
- Optimize food cost, wastage & kitchen efficiency
- Proven leadership in meal-plan or diet subscription kitchens
- Must be currently available in Qatar
