• Provide regulatory advice to senior management
• Oversee compliance monitoring and internal controls
• Maintain effective regulatory relationships
• Lead and develop the compliance team
• Strengthen governance and regulatory risk management

Who It Suits

• Head of Compliance, Compliance Director, CCO, or equivalent
• Proven Islamic banking background
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s banking regulatory environment
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• GCC regulatory experience preferred
